What can I do for free?
Calculate hours and estimated pay, add multiple shifts and job rates, and print or download a CSV timesheet. A free account lets you save weeks and reuse shifts. Pro adds compensation tracking, bonuses and deductions, and pay-period reports.
Do I need an account to calculate my hours?
No. You can use the calculator and download or print your timesheet without signing in. Sign in when you want to save weeks to your account.
How do I enter lunch and other breaks?
Enter unpaid break time in minutes for each shift. A 30-minute lunch goes in as 30. If you take multiple unpaid breaks within one shift, add their minutes together. Don’t subtract paid breaks.
Can I enter an overnight shift?
Yes. When an end time is earlier than its start time, Workpindle counts it as ending the next day. For example, 10 PM to 6 AM is eight hours before breaks. The shift belongs to its start date in reports.
Can my two jobs have different hourly rates?
Yes. Expand the day’s shifts and enter a rate for each job, including the first shift. A blank shift rate uses the weekly hourly rate. An explicit zero stays zero.
Does estimated pay include overtime or taxes?
No. The calculator multiplies each shift’s hours by its applicable rate. It does not automatically apply overtime premiums or subtract taxes. The result is an estimate, not a take-home paycheck.
Where did my unfinished hours go?
Workpindle can restore an unfinished draft in the same browser. Sign in and use Save week to keep a copy in your account for another device. Private browsing or clearing browser data can remove local drafts.
