A few things worth knowing.

What can I use for free?

The personal calculator is free to try without an account. Calculate hours and estimated pay, switch to the calendar, and download your timesheet. A free account lets you save weeks. Optional Pro features require a separate subscription; creating an account does not subscribe you.

Can I track more than one job?

Yes. Add multiple shifts to a day and give each job its own name and hourly rate in your personal workspace. Your weekly total brings those hours together.

What can my manager see?

Managers can review the timesheets you submit to their team. Your personal workspace, pay rates, and personal drafts stay separate. Employees can view their own team timesheets, not everyone else’s.

Does Workpindle run payroll or assign shifts?

Workpindle calculates hours and estimates pay; it does not process payroll. Team managers can review and export approved hours. The calendar displays recorded shifts—it does not assign future shifts.
